A large majority of the work we perform at Rouch Builders centers around the installation of insulated metal panels. IMPs are a benchmark in many food, beverage, and manufacturing plants around the Valley. They are used to construct new buildings, to partition off existing buildings into multiple rooms, and to build large ducting. While many customers appreciate their sleek and modern aesthetic, they are most sought after for their excellent thermal properties, quick installation and minimal maintenance requirements. All together, these qualities make IMPs a premium choice for many applications. Our panels are American made and available in various thicknesses with many types of clad.

We install doors for many types of applications, including roll up doors, high speed doors, insulated freezer doors, full vertical lift doors, horizontal roller doors, and various other high performance commercial/industrial doors.
Rouch Builders has undertaken countless industrial and commercial remodels and additions. Our projects have included add-ons on to existing buildings, the partitioning of existing buildings to create multiple interior spaces, and modifying or retrofitting existing buildings to support new applications and processes.
We install new cold storage bunker walls, and can demo and replace, or repair, existing bunker walls.
